Goals for Managing Data 

Are you intimidated by data?

Have a lot of data to manage but don’t know where to start?

Here are three things you want to focus on: the “3 A’s” of data management.

Try setting a percentage goal around accuracy, run a sample random sample test to see if your data is actionable, and survey your stakeholders to understand the accessibility of your data.

I’m a big believer in mission statements. Even for marketing ops teams.

Jess Kao told me her team’s mission is to be the accelerant of all marketing.

My team’s is this: Growth Marketing Ops mission is to drive operational excellence for our marketing organization. We use our expertise in people, process, and technology to help marketers achieve their objectives.
